1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any services provided by 4dapp (accessible at https://4dapp.lat), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of 4dapp. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

4dapp reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each player may only maintain one (1) active account on 4dapp. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4dapp is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. We may require mandatory password changes or two-factor authentication at our discretion for your account's protection.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4dapp supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfers. Cryptocurrency options — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) — are also available.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier page when you are logged in.
• 4dapp does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirement completion.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering policy.
• 4dapp reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., bank statement, government-issued ID) before approving withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network fees and current blockchain confirmation times beyond 4dapp's control.

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction. Crypto transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4dapp offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus offers and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be voided without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: 4dapp employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, you may not place single bets exceeding RM 30 (or currency equivalent) unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided.

4dapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

4dapp offers a diverse range of gaming products including live casino games, 4D lottery draws, sports betting, slot games, crash games, and sportsbook markets. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer action, ensuring fairness and transparency.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 4dapp will resolve the situation in accordance with the game's documented rules. Interrupted rounds that cannot be reconstructed may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4dapp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use 4dapp for any financial transaction linked to illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform.
• Accessing 4dapp via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

• You may not use 4dapp's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Scraping or data-mining of the platform's content, odds, or player data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dapp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
• Interruption, delay, or errors in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional details.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators.

4dapp's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

4dapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling us to restrict access in certain jurisdictions.

Upon account closure by 4dapp for policy violations, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not implicated in the violation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

4dapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of 4dapp following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 4dapp holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 4dapp shall first be submitted to 4dapp's internal dispute resolution process.

Dispute Resolution Process:

2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to 4dapp's compliance team for a secondary review.
3. Step 3 — External Adjudication: Should the dispute remain unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 4dapp's licensing authority.
